Ellyse {Seniors 2012}

Aug 25, 2011

OK. So…I just have to say that Ellyse is adorable and I had such a fabulous time hanging out and shooting with her and her mom, Sharon, last Tuesday evening!! She has the cutest personality: perfect to go along with that beautiful blond hair, ridiculously blue eyes, and awesome style! They started the session off right by telling me that I looked like I could be a high school senior myself (you made my day! I’m 26! Eek!) and then it just got better from there. I’m always a little nervous when I get excited about a location that I choose based on the criteria given to me by the client, so I was super stoked when she got as excited about it as I was! Industrial. Check. Railroad tracks. Check. Field. Check. Beautiful sunset. Check. The stars aligned and the photography gods were on our side. 😉 During the shoot Ellyse told me that her grandfather had actually worked for the railroad so the tracks and train cars had extra special significance to her. My special friend “Vinnie,” as my husband so aptly named my vintage suitcase, even got a chance to make another appearance with this fabulous young lady. I might be partial, but I think that I have one of the funnest (yes I’m going with “funnest” – don’t judge me ;)) jobs ever. I get to work with tons of awesome people and get to experience each of their unique personalities. I love it when they get excited and have as much fun during the session as I do and Ellyse was totally a blast! Thank you Ellyse and Sharon for an amazing senior session! I hope you enjoy your photos as much as I enjoyed shooting them!! Happy Wednesday!!
