Happy Valentine’s Day! Or as we said in my parents’ house “Fallontimes Day”. I may have now changed my name but I will forever, at heart, be a Fallon. Haha After an early morning and productive day grocery shopping, adventures at Ikea, and braving the traffic back to the city from the suburbs, I had just enough time before heading to work for a 6p-2:30am shift (Barf) to make some yummy cupcakes for Patrick to bring to work with him today. I’ve been told they lasted about 45 minutes before each one was devoured. Funfetti cupcakes with homemade frosting injected and swirled to a delicious sweet treat. Happy Monday!!
