First off, I would like to say that this is my 201st blog post. Why am I celebrating number 200+1? Well because I forgot to celebrate 200. 😉 So anyways…This year has been filled with some pretty awesome seniors with some pretty awesome props and clothing changes – from a ballet dancer and a traditional Indian dress to a classic old fire engine and now…I introduce you to Juice. When Tess contacted me about doing her senior session with her horse I was super excited. I had had the opportunity to photograph another senior with horses last year and LOVED it!! Juice and Tess have been together since she was 10 and it definitely shows in the way he responds and interacts with her. He’s like a REALLLY big lap dog and such a sweetheart!! 🙂 I met Tess and her mom at their home in St. Charles and when I stepped out of the car I realized I wasn’t in Chicago anymore Toto. haha Horses, chickens, turkeys, a 6 ft tall dog, a number of cats, a huge organic garden and I think there might even have been a cow…It was seriously AMAZING and needless to say I definitely did not bring the right shoes. 😉 I had an such a fabulous time shooting with Tess and wandering around their property. She is beautiful inside and out and I loved her bubbly personality!! Thank you Tess and Tracy for an amazing session and for sharing Juice with me! Enjoy your preview!!
