Sarah {2013 Senior Rep} | Chicago & Saginaw Photographer

May 26, 2012

It’s not everyday that you find a mom that is willing to climb through a fence for a fabulous session for their child, but I was SOOOOOO glad that that Joan did, because I loved EVERYTHING about this session!! I started the week off with a hunter and ended with a ballerina – have I mentioned how much I love my job? Sarah and her mom Joan were an absolute pleasure to work with. Both super spunky and fun and willing to be a little crazy. Sarah first contacted me over a year ago when she was not yet a senior, to tell me how much she loved my work and that she wanted me to take her senior photos when the time came. As far as I was concerned that was “success” in my books and definitely reminded me how truly blessed I am to be doing what I love and working with such amazing people.

Now, over a year later, I finally got to meet and work with that beautiful young lady and I am so excited to have her representing me! I can’t lie, I absolutely loved her clothing choices and adored that cute little tutu – that I loved even more when I found out that she had made it herself! I’ve always been impressed with the strength that ballet dancers must have to keep themselves on their toes, but even more so now after seeing how little goes into those shoes! Thank you Sarah and Joan for being AMAZING! I had such a fabulous time shooting your session and you are beautiful inside and out! Enjoy!!
