Emily {Seniors 2013 | Saginaw Photographer

Someone upstairs must have really known that neither Emily nor I had much room for rescheduling her session, so He smiled down on us with a bit of very fortunate luck. I drove to Bay City, fully prepared to turn around and drive back, as it downpoured the whole way there. However, when I arrived and met with Emily and her mom, it was only very lightly misting. We discussed our options and decided that since we had a little break in the rain and that we were already there, that we should proceed with the session. We started downtown, then headed to the Bay City State Park, during which it rained the entire way there. Then, as if by flipping a lightswitch, the rain stopped as we got out of the car and started shooting again. At first I thought it was merely coincidence, but as it began to downpour as I finished the last couple shots, I’m thinking there was seriously some divine intervention. It could not have happened to a more GORGEOUS and sweet girl either!! Not only did I LOVE every one of her outfits, but she totally rocked the fabulous cat eye makeup (seriously peeps…show me how to do this!!) and the windblown hair (which was good, since it was very windy). Thank you Emily and mom for a fabulous session and for sticking it out through the sogginess! Enjoy!!
